Iskender Memories by 'a student'

I had some food when I was travelling in Bursa. I went to a restaurant and the menu very good. I wanted to eat three different dishes, Iskender kebab, flat bread and Adana kebab. Iskender kebab was really delicious.

2 years ago I was with my father. We went to India on holiday. We went to a restaurant and the menu was all in the local language. My father’s friend was with us. We ordered rice and chicken with hot chilly pepper and curry.
It was delicious. I like Indian food because it’s the same as Arabic food.

I had prawns when I was in Saudi Arabia. I went to a restaurant and ordered prawns, chips and Pepsi. I waited for my order for 30 minutes so I was angry, but the prawns were good and I paid only 20 pounds.

On Thursday there is an important match between two famous teams, Alhilal and Alittihad .
My favourite team is Alhilal and I worry about this match. I hope Hilal will do well in the match, which is at 4:30 p.m.

Thirty years ago the Iranian people rioted against the oppressive king for freedom and better life, the protest was co-ordinated by deceptive Clergymen.
During the past thirty years, many people have tried to redeem themselves without violence and through diplomacy, but liars are now ruling.
They commit crimes to preserve their power, for example, last year they stole people’s election cards and changed their votes. They also kill people in response to complaints and protests.
Yesterday was the student’s day in Iran and again the rulers hit the people and arrested them in the streets and at universities.

The best film by Shahin

My favourite film is GLADIATOR. The main actor in the film is Russell Crowe and his role was Maximus. The director is Ridley Scott. The film is set 1500 years ago in Rome.
The film shows a man and his ideas and he dies for his beliefs. When the king was killed by his sons, Maximus wanted to show the son’s betrayal. From here starts the story. In the end of the film you can see he died but he got what he wanted for Rome and for the Roman people.
Russell Crowe played well and was very memorable. The film’s story is very good. The film’s scenery was wonderful.
The film is very unforgettable and you must go and watch it.
